Flame Retardant Masterbatch for PP Spunbonded Fabrics polypropylene nonwovens
Flame retardant masterbatch is mainly for PP spunbond.
Flame retardant masterbatch for PP Spun-bonded fabrics.
Flame retardant masterbatch for polypropylene non-woven.
FRSPUN6 is an eco-friendly flame retardant masterbatch polypropylene. It can be used in thin-walled polypropylene products, like PP fibers, PP spunbonds non-wovens, tapes, thin films. Besides excellent fire resistance performance, the final PP products could have good UV resistance and Heat aging resistance with it. Having good dispersibility & compatibility with PP resin. Suitable for processing temperatures from 170℃ to 250℃.
Appearance | White granules |
Processing temperature | 170-250℃ |
Carrier | PP |
Bulk Density | 0.55 g/cm3 |
Dosage: 3% – 4%
Achieving DIN 4102 B1/B2 or UL-94 V2 standard for polypropylene fibers & Nonwovens.
Features
1. The masterbatch begins to melt, disperse and be compatible in polypropylene above 170°C, and has excellent dispersibility and extrusion processability. While achieving the flame retardant effect, the light aging resistance and heat aging resistance of the material are taken into account.
2. The non-woven products produced with this masterbatch meet the GB8410-2006 flame retardant A-level requirements and high oxygen index, and also meet the environmental protection requirements of ROHS, REACH and halogen-free environmental protection of electronic products.
Notice
The processing temperatures should not exceed 280 °C.
Some influence on the welding, bonding, printing and laminating properties cannot be ruled out and must therefore be checked in each individual case. Pigments, particularly carbon black, and other additives may impair the fire retardant effect. Preliminary tests are recommended.
Packing: 25 kg PE bags on pallets.
ADCHEM FRSPUN6 is to store under cool and dry conditions. A storage time of 12 months should not be exceeded by common room temperature. Higher temperatures, humidity, sunlight and further external influences and opened original containers could have a negative effect on the quality of the product and storage life.
